Refund policy

Exchanges

You have 7 days from delivery to request an exchange.

Exchanges are accepted within the same drop only. If the drop you ordered from is sold out, we cannot exchange your piece for an item from a newer drop. Our store works by drops, so the exchange follows the drop.

Items must be unworn, unwashed, with tags, in original packaging.

Sale items are final sale.

Refunds

We only issue refunds if the item is defective. Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can make it right.

You're responsible for return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
